What do we teach?

This is a fun story-based program that includes various yoga poses and movements, relaxation, and breathing techniques. Children will explore topics of interest such as healthy living, positive attitude, trusting parents, etc. In each class we share a yoga adventure, telling a fun story using our bodies, and children will finish the class feeling happy and relaxed.

What is the Wellness Yoga Program?

The programs are designed for Pre-school and Primary aged children, from 3 years up to 12 years. The wellness classes are designed for 10 weeks. It will be available in all four terms of the schools. Children can enrol anytime throughout the term. Classes, of 30minute duration, will be held each week on the centre premises. During the class, children benefit from the care and support of a qualified yoga teacher.

What do we provide?

Mats, props, music, and all relevant equipment will be provided by the yoga instructor.

Summaries will be provided after each class, outlining the yoga poses covered during the classes as well as how these benefit the children to the respective schools or organizations via email.
