      Scientific studies and Our vision

      Australian studies suggest that yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility, and balance. The National Institutes of Health shows that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss, and quality sleep.

      Volunteer Distance Healing

      The distance healing has been continued since the unpleasent time of covid19 though online conducted by Mission Genius Mind Pt. Lim from overseas. I am grateful to be a part of this program which has been helping people globally. My duties were to heal and pass positive energy to individuals and the universe for the betterment of the earth by using Reiki and other healing methods. Our mission was successful as many people were recovered after receiving healing sessions. I have continued to heal people individually by connecting with the same organization through distance healing.

      Volunteer for victims of Domestic Violence

      I have been working as a volunteer at Harman Foundation since Feb 2020 till now.
      The yoga and meditation programs are running for women who are escaping from families due to domestic violence. It has been running to provide extra mental and emotional support and to help to transform their lives for their overall wellbeing.

      Volunteer for the Migrants

      The yoga programs have been running voluntarily for the women’s group at Syd West Multicultural Services since Feb 2021 till now. To support migrants’ families, Meditation therapies are available for their wellbeing and to transform their lives toward betterment. Other than that, I also assist through various activities to support families and their individual needs such as parenting workshops, healthy living activities, etc.
